Shipping Policy for Kennedy's Welding Supplies

At Kennedy's we are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping services to all of our customers in Australia. Our goal is to have your purchase delivered to you as soon as possible.

Delivery Options:

• Standard Shipping: Deliveries will be made within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 
• Express Shipping: Deliveries will be made within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. 
• Express Shipping - With insurance: Deliveries will be made within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. Insurance is added to your shipment to the value of your order.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We will attempt to deliver to all regions of Australia, if we are unable to find an economical method of shipping your order, we will contact you to arrange alternatives.
  
• Dangerous goods may not be shipped, or attract an extra fee.

Order Processing:

• Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment.
• Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking Information:

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and a link to track your delivery.

Delivery Confirmation:

• Upon delivery, you may be required to sign for the package. If no one is available to receive the package, a card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery.

Out of Stock Policy:

• In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is out of stock, or the stock levels on the website are inaccurate, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with the option to either wait for the item to be restocked or receive a full refund.
